1 Day Familiarisation & Tour

New to backcountry touring? Over the days course, you will become familiar with your equipment including training in terrain analysis, hazard analysis, and trip planning to ensure safety when skiing backcountry. Avalanche packs provided.

Equipment (powder skis, skins, snowshoes, split board) are not included (estimate $80-100 per day) Warning: lots of ski touring/hiking, snow shoeing. Good fitness required.
